Confirmation
This Sacrament completes the grace of Baptism with a special outpouring of the Holy Spirit. Strengthened in this way, a confirmed Catholic is joined more closely to the Church, and is empowered to be a more effective witness of the Lord Jesus Christ.
In the Diocese of Richmond, Confirmation is normally received during tenth grade, and requires that students attend religious education classes. The sacrament can be received at other times as well, according to the circumstances of each young person.
Youth Group
The parish has Religious Education classes for elementary, middle-school and high-school youth groups that meet on Sundays (September–May).
